The 4th season of excavation at BaahKu, located just west of Arroyo Seco, will begin on July 24th and run through August 7th. Those of you who attended the 'brown bag' on BaahKu are aware of the very interesting nature of this excavation.
Volunteers are needed at the excavation. TAS members interested in participating in the dig would be much appreciated but need to commit at least 3 or 4 days to the project. Training is available. Some jobs other than the actual digging include screening, washing, processing and cataloging artifacts. The archaeologist in charge is Catrina Whitley.
