On Saturday, October 19th, Ranger Roger Moore will present a program on graffiti in the Chaco Historic National Park. He'll tell us the kinds of graffiti they encounter and how they treat it in order to minimize its destructiveness without compromising the integrity of the rock.
We plan to drive to Chaco on Friday the 18th and cook together that evening, and attend the talk on Saturday, driving back to Taos on Sunday the 20th. You don't have to attend theSaturday program if you are not interested in graffiti, and everyone is welcome to enjoy the wonders of Chaco on that weekend.
